CA-J Enterprises LLC ("CA-J," "we," "us"), doing business as BookedOrFree, is a marketing and lead generation company based in Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to bookedorfree.com (the "Site"), our services, and our outbound communications.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact details when you fill out a form, book a call, or become a client (name, business name, email, phone, address)
- Business information provided during onboarding (services, target customers, pricing, testimonials, do-not-contact lists)
- Payment information, processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers
- Messages you send us by email, text, or through the Site
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time on Site) via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
Business contact information about prospects:
- To deliver outbound campaigns for our clients, we collect and process publicly available business contact information (name, job title, company, business email, business phone) from licensed B2B data providers and public sources. This is business data, not consumer data, and is used only for business-to-business communication.

- To provide, operate, and improve our services, including building and running outbound campaigns on behalf of clients
- To schedule and confirm appointments and send reminders
- To bill clients and process payments
- To communicate with you about your account, our services, and updates
- To market our own services to businesses that may be interested

4. Outbound email and your choices
If you received a business email from us or sent by us on behalf of one of our clients, we follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every email identifies the sender, includes our postal address, and includes a way to opt out. To stop receiving emails, reply with "unsubscribe" or use the opt-out link, and we will honor your request within 10 business days and add you to our suppression list. 5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With clients: when you book an appointment with one of our clients, we share your business contact details and appointment information with that client
- With service providers that help us operate, such as email sending platforms, B2B data providers, CRM and scheduling software (for example, GoHighLevel), payment processors, and analytics tools. Each is bound to use data only to provide services to us
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety
- In a business transfer: if CA-J Enterprises LLC is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for Site functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of advertising cookies through the ad settings of Google and Meta. Disabling cookies may affect Site features.
7. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number and consent, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service messages by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
8. Data retention
We keep client information for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed for legal, tax, and business purposes. Prospect business contact data is kept while relevant to active campaigns and suppression lists. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we can honor them.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and reputable third-party platforms, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing. Residents of Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we honor valid requests as those laws require. 11. Children
Our Site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, including our scheduling page at ca-jenterprises.com/ai. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or services means you accept the updated policy.
