About our name
BookedOrFree is a brand name. It is not a guarantee, a refund promise, or an offer of free services. You pay a flat monthly program fee whether or not appointments book, plus a fee for each booked appointment. See Fees and Contract terms below.
We set appointments. We do not close sales
BookedOrFree builds and runs cold email campaigns and books appointments for business clients. We do not sell your product or service, we do not close deals, and we do not sign customers on your behalf. We put interested prospects on your calendar. What happens next is between you and the prospect.
We send email in your business name
You authorize us to send outbound email in your business's name for the purpose of the services. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every email identifies the sender and includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs.
Business to business only
We work only with businesses. We do not market to consumers (personal, family, or household contacts), and we do not target chain or franchise locations. Prospect lists are built from business contact information from licensed B2B data providers and public sources.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results vary. We do not guarantee any number of leads, replies, or appointments. We do not guarantee that any appointment will attend, qualify, or result in a sale, a contract, or revenue. Any examples, estimates, or projections are for illustration only. Any client stories reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised results.
Fees
The program fee is a flat monthly amount, currently $650 per month, plus a per-appointment fee, currently $250 to $300 per booked appointment. The monthly fee is due whether or not appointments book. Our fees are never a percentage of the revenue you earn, and we never take a cut of your sales. The exact amounts for your program are stated in your written order. Contract terms
Every program has a 90-day minimum term and cannot be canceled during it. After the 90 days, your program continues month to month and you can cancel by written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month in which we receive your notice.
No legal, tax, or accounting advice
Nothing on this Site or in our services is legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, and for telling us about any required disclosures or restrictions specific to your industry.
Third-party tools
We use third-party platforms (for example, email sending, B2B data, CRM, and scheduling tools) to deliver the services. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those platforms, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service.

We may contact businesses by email about our services, using business contact information from commercial B2B databases and public sources. Every email identifies us and includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link and we will stop emailing you within 10 business days.
